You've done the hard work. Now it's time to bring it all together. Here's everything you need to submit your final project by the deadline.
Submission Deadline: May 30, 2026
Your submission package must include all four of the following:
Technical Report (max 15 pages, excluding references & appendices)
Cover your problem statement, methodology, data sources, results, limitations, and conclusions.
A link to a public GitHub or GitLab repo with a README explaining how to run the project locally.
Data Sources Statement.
As outlined in Section 4.4 of the official rules.
Working Prototype
A live, accessible link to your interactive tool, web app, or mobile app.
⚠️ Important Reminders:
Submit everything as a single ZIP file (maximum size 10Mb) — incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
All materials must be submitted in English or French.
Web applications are strongly recommended for ease of live demonstration at the conference.
Your tool must be usable by a non-technical audience and meet accessibility guidelines wherever possible.
